My air conditioner was broken for a day and this AC saved me. I still have it running and it will take down a couple degrees in your home help circulate air. I love this fan. Love it.The fan seems very well made. The remote does not - feels cheap, and must be aimed directly at the fan to connect, even from only 5 ft. away. The fan is slightly loud, but pushes a ton of air, so a non-issue for me. I use it for keeping cool while working out, and so far, is perfect for that purpose.SturdyWe wanted a fan with noise. This one is loud and blows very well. Well worth the purchase.Bought this to supplement other fans in the house and create a "wind tunnel" throughout. Does a great job and moves a lot of air like was hoping after comparing CFMs of other fans.The metal blades are a little noisier than plastic blades but that's to be expected I think.There is a whirring, "whiny bearing" noise however on the '1' (low) setting that comes and goes as the fan is turning-the only reason I gave it a 4-star rating.Item draws 130W, and runs on 110V-130V supply, so there was an incompatibility of power-draw in the host country of purchase.Supplier was understanding in the matter, and quickly responded with option to either return (at own cost) and full refund, or keep the item, and take offer of partial refund which could go towards purchase of a power transformer.Product works as advertised. There is some fan noise, but to be expected for its size.Worth mentioning, is that if you purchase a power-transformer, because the product has a motor, and potentially, you may want to run it for a 24 hour cycle, you need a transformer that can handle output power anywhere from 3 to 6 times the output of the fan (130W). Consequently, you would need a transformer rated for 400W to 800W power, at a minimum. The cost for such a transformer may be prohibitive for some, but if you have utility for such a thing, you can use it elsewhere about the home if your power-supply is 220-240V.Summary - excellent customer service; product that works as advertised; some fan noise but expected for its size; draws 130W and runs on a 110-130V power supply - so you will need a power transformer if your wall supply is 220-240V.Excellent to have this be both floor and wall mounted options.
