So much cheaper than the brother version that I have saved the cost of what I paid for the machine. The only thing that differs is that the end of it is glued to the cardboard roll so it does make the machine hiccup when it’s time to replace the roll. So, I don’t recommend using it right to the end. However, I also love that they minimize the plastic if you buy the larger packages.I've been fermenting a lot of food. For fun and good health. I'm not selling these, and I'm kind of just playing with my food. To look good, and to keep track of what I'm doing I need labels that don't smear when they are wet, and that I can remove from a glass bottle without leaving behind a residue. These labels can make it through the dishwasher intact (I've only done that by accident), but still can be peeled off cleanly.The labels are deceptively thin - I actually thought they were paper labels at first. I realized, though, that I could not rip or tear the labels - they definitely are a plastic film with a matte finish, as described. The print quality is quite good - comparable to OEM labels. They suit my needs perfectly. Will definitely be reordering!These Betckey rolls of compatible DK-2211 29 mm x 15.2m continuous matte film tape work perfectly with my Brother QL-820NWB label printer. I can see no different between these and the Brother rolls.Great value for the bulkPurchase of those labels.Purchased a second roll and its just as good as the first.Printed some test labels after receiving. They all looked good and stuck to plastic containers really well.This product isn't exactly like the DK-2211 as it's surface is a matte finish, which is great. It's easier to write on after the fact than a glossy finish. If I'd known this film had a matte finish I would have ordered long ago.Seems as good a quality as the brother. The brother one is glossy film and this one is matte film but both are film. Die Vorteile schätze ich bereits seit Jahren: Deutlich bessere Beständigkeit gegen UV-Licht, Fingerabdrücke, sonstige Einflüssen sowie stärkere Klebkraft. Schrift- und Logobilder wirken kontrastreicher. Und wenn man sie doch mal ersetzen oder entfernen muss, lassen sie sich von den meisten Untergründen - vornehmlich Glas, Kunststoffe, Metalle - rückstandsfrei und rasch ablösen. Einziger Nachteil ist die Bandlänge. Im Vergleich zur Papierversion erhält man nur die Hälfte. Soweit zum Original. Kann das preiswerte Pendant mithalten?Die Verpackung ist umweltfreundlicher und beschränkt sich auf einfache Faltkartons. Keine weiteren Einlagen oder Plastikfolien.Sie enthalten montierte Rollenhalter mit Etikettenrolle und werden vom Drucker anstandslos erkannt. Die rückseitigen Markierungen sichern eine zuverlässige Schnittposition. Beim Ausdruck mit derselben Einstellung lässt sich kein Unterschied entdecken. Etwas geringer erscheint mir die Klebkraft, wenn sich das Etikett von der Trägerfolie löst. Aufgebracht wirkt es aber genauso blasenfrei, glättend, gut klebend. Angesichts des genutzten ‚Six-Packs‘ kommt man auf einen Preis um 3,80 Euro pro Rolle oder 25 Cents pro Meter. Meine Meinung über Betckey hat sich nicht geändert; aber das Produkt steigt in der Bewertung....compared with the price of the original DK tape. This one here is a little thicker and stronger, and I appreciate that it isn't glossy like the Brother tape, but matte. It peels off the carrier even easier than the original, regardless the probably even stronger adhesive. Where I tried it, and compared it with the original DK tape, this one here does always better.We all are aware of the ridiculously over priced tapes from Brother, with easily 1000% markup from the factory to the customer. This one here is not cheap either, keeping in mind that it is produced for probably just 2 or 3 bucks. But it is in my opinion the better tape, for 55% down. Still a smoking deal.Quick Comparison of this product to OEM DK-2211:This Product: Thick plastic tape (durable), Matte, Much CheaperOEM DK-2211: Thin plastic film (better flexibility and hold on edges), Glossy, ExpensiveIt should be more clear that these are not exactly the same as DK-2211 OEM. The OEM stock is much thinner and has a glossy finish. This stock is still made out of plastic like OEM DK-2211, but is much thicker and has a matte finish.For most people it will probably work just fine, but for my uses I was really disappointed in how well the labels adhered to a 90 degree edge.We use these at a business to seal packages along their opening edge. Since, these labels are thicker than the OEM DK-2211 (which isn't necessarily a bad thing), the labels resist bending around corners/edges and eventually come unstuck on our products.I have tried many different suppliers and found that all DK-2211 unless specified as OEM will be thicker and with a matte finish.I'm leaving a 3-star review instead of a 4-star because of the lack of disclosure on the product not being the same as the OEM product it is meant to replace.
