The machine was very easy to use everything was self-explanatoryI'm not going to lie. I had low expectations of this. Not because I assumed the brand was bad or because there was anything suspect about it. I just assumed I would be underwhelmed. I was wrong. I'm not ashamed to admit it.Not only does this work out the stiffness and ache that I usually have in my feet after a long day, it also relaxes me and helps me sleep, which is awesome for a conventional insomniac. I bought it as a curiosity, but it's absolutely worth every penny I spent on it. I use it daily and I love it, and I've recommend it to friends. (I rarely recommend anything to people.)The only thing I would caution is if you use it for back to back sessions (it has a 20 minute limit per session / power on); you should turn off the heating element on the second round, since it will stay warm. With the exception of when I'm wearing thick wool socks, the heating on the second round can get a little uncomfortably hot. (Your results and preferences may vary.) It won't give you burns or catch fire, but it's going to potentially get unpleasant. (Barefoot, it kind of hurts, so socks are a good idea.)Our family has made good use of this foot massager, it applies a good amount of pressure without requiring any effort on our part. Typically I try rolling my foot on a tennis ball, along with various stretches, but they require a good amount of effort. Being tired from a long day, sometimes you just want to kick back and relax. After using it for the past couple of years I've saved myself a couple of trips to the massage therapist. This device pays for itself in that sense. I strongly suggest dipping your feet in some warm Epsom salt water after using the massager, it really works wonders!I also wanted to highlight the excellent customer service Mynt provides. If you have any issues with your product make sure to reach out.A family member had a version of this that was a bit more expensive at the time and I opted for this cooler looking unit figuring they all do the same thing. They are very different. The other one had bigger balls that really shiatsu'd your entire foot and the ball on the heal. it was nice. This unit for some reason is smaller balls that only do the front part of your foot and does nothing to the heal. Also for some reasons the small balls squeeze your pinky toes and it really hurts. The bigger problem is that this only has a 30 day return window and it took me 6 months to finally take this out of the box and use. I didn't take my own advice that cheaper up front is more expensive in the end because now I have to buy the one i need. :/Didn't work out for husbands swollen ankles, ReturnedIt is the best gift for winter. After using it for two weeks, I must write something to share my happiness and my wonderful using experience. I suffered the right foot pain for many years. It really does the trick for relieving foot aches and pains. There are 3 levels of intensity, I usually use medium or high intensity and haven’t had a problem. It also has levels of mode to adjust the massage position for different sizes of feet, so my whole family could also enjoy it. It does take more than 5 minutes to heat up and it hot enough to warm your feet up. Another benefit of this machine is it is pretty light, you could easily pick it up and move it around.╔ ■ Price Point / Value: 4.5/5╠ ■ Quality: 5/5╠ ■ Recommendation: 5/5╠ ☼ Overall: 5/5╠ ►Product Need: Upscale foot massage╠ ►Product Pros: Heated, modes,╠ ►Considerations: Cleaning, loud╠ ►My Review: I am not normally a guy who likes to have his feet massaged, but as my running training has increased, my feet problems have started up. It was recommended to get a pedicure to get a foot massage, but decided to look into machines. I have had ones in the past that were on the cheaper end that I ended up not using because this took up space and were not that great. This machine blows them away in terms of comfort and quality. You put your bare feet in a enclosed area that gets hot fast to relax the muscles, while the deep kneading or other modes push into and around your feet. The machine can get very strong and deep if needed, but is recommended to start on low and let the heat and vibrations adjust. The speed is on the fast side so it’s more of a health tool than a relaxation. Overall I am impressed with the foot massager for its strong heat health benefit, even for its price.I had an issue with my original unit and I sent it back and had great customer service, and received an updated and improved unit. The customer service for this product went above and beyond to make sure their product was correct and as advertised. The pressure and rollers feel very good and help massage the whole foot quite nicely. It is a little big, but fits under my computer desk with ease, feels natural when sitting at my computer with my feet in this product. One year later update - I probably use this almost every single day, at least once or twice a day. Typically when I wake up and check my email in the morning, I will massage my feet, and often times after a long day, I will just sit at my desk at home and relax for a good ten minutes while using this product. Still holds up great one year later.I usually don't re-edit or update posts, but this is one product where I was completely dissatisfied with the original purchase, and upon my request to return, the company listened to my review and opinions, and sent me a brand new unit that took my opinions into account. That great service led to me enjoying their product for the last 365 and beyond.
