I am sorry to review this product like that but it is a very poorly made massaging chair. The massaging knobs are made of hard plastic and it is impossible to have a relaxing massage as it is way to painful. It left my back bruised. Maybe if you are a taller person you could use a neck massaging part, but for me it was a no go. The hard plastic nearly cracked my skull open. I'm not sure about heating as I didn't use the chair long enough (after around 5 minutes there was no heat and i couldn'tmanage the caused pain anymore). My measurements are 62kg, 167cm, if that helps anyone.Overall, I don't recommend this chair to slim build people as it wouldn't do any good to you. It doesn't serve its purpose which is to relax and massage back and neck pains away.Regardless of uselessness of this device I want to finish off with a positive comment. The remote control was easy to use due to its simplicity (2 buttons).
