Update 10/8/24: I did end up using some of this as a compost starting aid.. Seemed to work well. Still stinks like all ever but worked. Since the compost bin I used it in is off and out the way, it was not so bad, and the smell did go away after a few days. I bet the neighbors hated me for all of those few days, lbvs... I will add a star back because I did find a use for it that seemingly worked well. But only one because I CANNOT stress enough how much this stuff stinks. I didn't want it to go to wasted, but I absolutely could and would not use it near areas we go even go near regularly. As mentioned in my original review, if the product is what it claims to be, I do not doubt that it should work wonders if used properly. In my case, adding more microbial life to my compost for a jumpstart!Start Original Review: Idk if I am going to be able to use this, lbvs. When I finally got a hole in the crazy good seal they have on the bottle, the area started to smell like I let out 1000 farts instantly. Like (eh.... Eh... EWWW... OMG) lol.I had to take it and quickly put the top back on and put it outside in the yard away from me.I don't know if that is the way it is supposed to be but my gosh, I'm not sure if I want to ever smell that smell again, let alone intentionally make the yard smell this way for any duration of time, lol.That said, if it is a concentrated form of what it smells like, I am sure this will boost the heck out of some plants.I will say, the bottle was sealed in plastic crazy, and it seemed like it leaked in the inner layers. Well luckily it had not because if this is really what it smells like and it had leaked, I would have been very angry. However, something was wet when I opened the packaging. This is important to note because it makes it possible that something was wrong with mine, maybe? lol. Not sure.But, I am sorry I am going to have to really debate on rather or not I want to go through the stress of using this product. lol. I am concerned that this is really how it smells. I know it would only be for a few days, but what if I get it on me or whatever. Then I will be stuck smelling like a big fart myself for a few days because will it wash of good? My gosh, lol.If you can tolerate the smell, I say go for it and see how it works for you. It smells very natural, lbvs. I must say. But wear your PPE! Old disposable clothing and the whole nine!But sorry, I do not think I will be using this product due to the smell. I will consider it for a while, but wow oh wow. I am not sure I want to even deal with that even though I believe it may be super beneficial to the yard.
